1. Sponsor and administrator
The giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by DA Clinic Myeongdong ("Sponsor"). It is administered on Sponsor's behalf by ClinicBridge ("Administrator").
2. Not affiliated with Instagram
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
- Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Because of Korea's Medical Service Act (Article 27(3)), this Promotion is open only to foreign nationals (non-Korean citizens) who live outside Korea. The following are not eligible:
- Citizens of the Republic of Korea, including those living abroad
- Members or dependents of Korea's National Health Insurance
- Foreign nationals registered as residents in Korea under Article 31 of the Immigration Act (holders of G-1 status excepted)
- Overseas Koreans of foreign nationality who have filed a domestic residence report in Korea
- Otherwise open regardless of country of residence, except where the Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.
- Employees of Sponsor and Administrator, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
- Entrants must have a valid Instagram account in good standing.
4. Entry period
The Promotion begins when the official giveaway post is published on Oct 16, 2026 and ends on Oct 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5. How to enter
- Comment GLASS on the official giveaway post on Instagram @daclinic_en, or send GLASS to @daclinic_en by direct message.
- Follow @daclinic_en on Instagram.
- Complete all three questions in our automated direct message: confirm you are 18 or older, a non-Korean citizen, and living outside Korea, share your planned Seoul visit dates (or "not sure yet"), and provide a valid email address. Your entry is complete when you receive the confirmation message ("You're in!").
If you do not see our message, check your Instagram Message Requests. Tagging the friend you would bring to Seoul is encouraged but not required. Following @daclinic_en will be verified before the Grand Prize winner is confirmed. Entries are accepted only through Instagram; posts on X or TikTok are for information only.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Multiple accounts, automated entries, or entries that do not comply with these rules will be disqualified.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Drawing and notification
- On Oct 29, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner and five (5) alternates from all eligible entries. The drawing will be screen-recorded.
- The winner will be notified by Instagram DM from @daclinic_en and by email. The winner must accept within 48 hours and, within 5 days, confirm by Instagram DM their travel plans to visit DA Clinic, Seoul by Nov 30, 2026.
- Before confirmation, Sponsor will verify the winner's eligibility, including age and that the winner follows @daclinic_en.
- A winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.
- If the winner does not respond, is not eligible, cannot confirm travel plans, or cannot visit by Nov 30, 2026, the prize is forfeited and offered to the next alternate.
- Sponsor will never ask for payment, card details, or passwords. Notifications come only from @daclinic_en and the email address you provided.
Prize conditions
- All treatments are performed after a consultation with a DA Clinic physician. The physician may adjust or decline a treatment for medical reasons. As with any medical procedure, side effects such as redness, swelling, or bruising may occur; the physician will explain risks before treatment.
- Prizes and offers have no cash value and are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable.
- A winner who has already received the Welcome Offer receives only the additional Grand Prize treatments.
- If a listed treatment becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a treatment of equal or greater value.
- The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.
- A valid foreign passport is required at check-in to confirm identity, age, and eligibility.
General conditions
- Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, or not in line with these rules.
- Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control.
- Sponsor will not use any entrant's or winner's name, image, or content for publicity without separate consent.
- By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Administrator, and Instagram/Meta from liability for any loss or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize or offer, to the extent permitted by law. Medical treatment remains subject to applicable medical law.
- Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final.
- To request the winner's first name and initial, send us an Instagram DM at @daclinic_en by Dec 31, 2026.
- These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
